One way to improve my running is by doing mid-foot strike.
Heel strike waste too much energy and time.
Melvin has suggested that I take up Chi Running.
It took him 3 months to get used to it and he never look back since.
He figures that it should solve my bad knee problem too.
And better timing for the runs too!
I have tried Chi Running a few times. But it is just too tough and the calves hurt like mad.
One other way to learn mid-foot strike? Zoot M Ultra Race!
I tried this pair of shoes before and it does feel pretty comfortable, minus the hard carbon sole which stretch from mid foot to the heel.
I din bought it back then, cos I am a heel striker, so this pair of shoes won't fit me.
But it seems like a lot of triathletes got this pair of shoes and slowly change their running style.
Should I get the shoes?

Muscles weigh twice as much as fats, but take up half the space.
Most people say I look like 80+ kg.
So why do I weigh in at 100kg?
