I must admit that I have write more than I run. =p
Have been waking up at 4.30am or earlier every morning for the past 3 weeks.
Tried to go for a ride or run, but not being an adrenaline junkie, it is pretty hard to psyche myself to do so.
When I finally got out of the house, it is always the bike that tags along, not the K14....
Even getting the "Feel Good" factor after both the Punggol Central Run and Pearl Izumi Pure Run 12km din help at all!!!
I just told myself that I need to rest on Monday and Tuesday for the legs to recover.
So much for recovery. =p
The other excuse that I keep coming out with is that I do not want to injure myself before OSIM Triathlon next Sunday. =p
Putting that aside, I think I will definitely have to come out with some plan to do more runs after July 13th...
