I din catch the hint. So he repeated "I mean.... literally finished!"

At night, I was talking to Joker.
He starts digging deeper and deeper into the details of the retrenchment.

Mate, I know your kind intentions.
But retrenchment isn't something that anyone hopes to really talk about.
As much as I dislike telling it to you in the face, I really do not wanna talk about it.
So dun hate me, okay. No bad blood hor... =)

The retrenchment is a certain fact, just that the date is still uncertain.

I am retrenched, not because of my work performance but due to the business model that my new company adopts.

My heart literally sunk last year when I heard the news that my company was being acquired.
I know what is the outcome, cos that is what my previous company (IT Outsourcing) does.
