Last night, I happily told my family that I will be home around 7am after my morning ride.
I woke up this morning , only to doze off again.
Too bad... Guess weekday morning ride has to wait a lot longer.

Weigh myself this morning. 99kg!
I lost 2kg. :)
Only change to my diet is noodles and no coffee during lunch time.
Looks like it really work wonders.
My body does function differently from others...
