Strange day it has been.
Have not been running since the Northern Run 10 days ago, although I did a bike and swim session during the week.
But today, the quadriceps are feeling so stiff , as though like they are complaining.
Even walking up the stairs is like a chore.
Guess I must really make an effort to run to loosen the muscles.
P.S. Very hard to be motivated to wake up in the wee hours of the morning for runs....
Have been slacking since SCSM... =(
