Woke up at 4.30am this morning.
Feeling good and wanted to go cycling.
Sigh... the weather is not in my favour.
It is raining.
Have to postpone the idea till another day...
Boy, I am becoming a weekend warrior liao.
Exercising only on weekends.
My doctor mentioned that a lot of weekend warriors get sick that way, cos the body is not used to the changes.
He recommended that I exercise 3-4 times a week to build up my immunity.
