Not too sure what is happening.
But from mid-morning onwards, the pain at the small of my back just keep on increasing.
Been a really long time since it last happens.
Looking back, it seems like everytime I stop exercising for a period of time, the pain always comes back.
I have sprained my back very badly about 10 years ago, looks like it is coming back to haunt me.
Conclusion seems to be that I need to keep exercising to prevent the pain from coming back.
P.S.
I am getting very weak now.
I have never been able to eat oranges or anything acidic unless I am absolutely full.
Then earlier this year, I become lactose intolerant.
Seems like I am getting to know my body less and less.
