Went to Ma Kwang to check on my back.
Got the same diagnosis as my family doctor.
Just a strained muscle.
Cos the nerve system is affected, thus that is why I can feel the vein tugging behind my left knee, as well as the numbness of the left foot when I run.
It affect my left side more than my right side.
She added that it is related to my weight.
It is probably affecting my back spine disc / vertebrae E4 and E5.
Any more strenuous exercise and I may end up a slipped disc.
Her advice is to lose more weight first, before I start exercising.
Went for acupuncture, but dun find it help much.
It numb the back for about 6 hours, now I am back to having that dull back pain. The same one which I have experienced for the last 2 weeks.
