Has been an interesting 6 months from me.
Lose some weight and happy about it.
The huge belly that I have been carrying for the past 2 years is now a much smaller one.
Pants and belts are getting loose, may have to get new ones soon. :)
I am now able to fit into the Giordano bermudas which I bought when I was sub-100 2 years ago. :)
I am still 5-7kg off-target for my SCSM resolution.
So I guess I will settle for half-marathon this December.
I have been cutting down aggressively on caffeine.Took less rice for my meals.
Have not trained since my bike incident.
Can't remember when was the last time that I did not do any form of exercise for more than a week.
A huge turnaround from last year. Last year, I cannot remember my last workout. Haha...
My right knee still hurts although I have not exercise for so many days.Will see how it goes lor.
