Just updated my training log.
Oh My... I never felt so embarrassed before.
The training are peppered all over the calendar. No distinct pattern. No training schedule whatsoever.
It is really disastrous.
Till today, it is still not consistent at all.
The only consistent activity is cycling. I have been active on the bike in May and June. But the 2 bike accidents in a month really rob me of the chance to get on the bike more often.
Now I am not convinced that I am actively losing weight. How to convince my peers that I am really putting in effort....
