Wasted Trip

Went down to Kallang this morning for the 20m Beep Test conducted by Philip.

Reached Kallang McDonald's at 8am and it was raining pretty heavily.
Judging by the road sign, I have assumed that Car Park E would have been the public car park besides McDonald's.
Being in the rain wasn't fun, so I did not went exploring.
After waiting till 9.15am and still no one in sight, I decided to move out since the rain has become a drizzle.
Drive around Kallang, I finally found Car Park E in front of Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The entire car park was deserted.
I went to ask the Security if he happens to see a group of people gathering or a group training around the premises? He was not certain.
Disappointed, I made my way home.
A wasted trip...
