CBD Interval Training

Starting from Tanjong Pagar MRT, we did a 2.5km slow jog to our starting point at Marina Promenade to do interval training.
Interval training consists of 4 sets of 1km.
My splits are 6.09, 5.52, 5.40, 6.20.
Lap 2 and 3, I have a pacer.
Bee happen to be in front of me and I did my very best to catch up / keep pace with her.
Even in her injured state, she is still a lot faster than me.
The rule is that we rest 3 minutes starting from the last guy who reach the end point.
Needless to say, I gave the guys a lot of resting time. Haha.

Timing per lap is at least 2 minutes slower than the rest of the guys, but it is good lor.
Can feel that the legs really worked hard.

Guess I really need to lose another 20kg, before I can catch up with the guys in terms of pace.
After the fourth set, we made our way back to Tanjong Pagar MRT.
Good workout.
