A Short Swim

With the rain staying away, I was able to continue with my swimming plan after work.
Had wanted to do all the laps in freestyle, but after just 2 laps, I was exhausted.
The barrel roll (aka high elbows) method looks easy on land, but it is really hard to master.
After a while, with sufficient body roll, things feels a bit better.
Nonetheless, I gave up and continue my swim using breaststroke.

After swimming 15laps, I changed to swim economically.
Have to build up my endurance for long distance swim.
Everything was fine till the 32nd lap. Felt something amiss at my right knee.
Just 10m into the 33rd lap, I know that it is time to call it quits.
Must stay injury free.

Walked away from a satisfying swim.
