A lousy week

Had a real lousy week, but glad that the worse is finally over.

Started with the wasted trip for the Beep Test.

Then followed by knee pain during swimming. Sianz. Whoever heard of swimming can kena knee pain.

Knee pain the day after at the Velocity Run should sum up the whole week of bad luck, but it did not.

It all had to come down to the last day of the week.
First time I ever blacked out.
The last time I almost blacked out was during NS days, but I just see white spots that time.

This time, my vision started to glazed and I started to see black and white flashing.
It really frightened me during the moments before I passed out.

Really have to take care of my body from now on.
I must admit I tried to push it over the limit for a while.
Given my obesity, that is a dangerous thing to do.
Will not let it happen again.
