Had no intention to skip gym today.
I am actually looking forward to it. =)
I wonder will there be a day I will find a lame excuse to skip gym sessions?
My only worry is that once I did that, it will get easy to skip future gym sessions. =p
Not too sure if it is good for the knees.
Felt wobbly knees before the gym session, but I proceed nonetheless.
Surprisingly the pain never really surfaced during the run.
With more runners than treadmills today, I am determined to use up my allocated 30 minutes. =p
Phew, complete the run on a high.
Proceed to do some static exercise before calling it a day. =)
Tested another nifty little device and was awed by its ingenious design and function. =)
My workout get uploaded directly to GC once I complete the workout. Darn cool!!! =)
