With endorphins raging over the weekend, it is hard not to hit the gym. =p
But within 5 minutes on the treadmill, I wish I can end my run soon.
I gave up after 10 minutes and went for static exercises.
Gave myself another shot at another 10 minutes.
This time round, it was much better but I ran out of time.
Although it was my shortest gym run, I sweat buckets.
Not too sure what happen to the air-conditioning system. =D
