1st March 2012 Gym

With the Babes Channel on, 30 minutes of treadmill pass by in a breeze.
Aww... how I wish we have Babes Channel everyday. =p

This is the most "shag" run I had so far, but as I mentioned it to a colleague, it is a happy kind of tiredness. =)

I have never like indoors running but a tiny device piqued my interest. =)
I guess the ability to track a "real" distance indoors helps plenty.
Being a technical person, I guess we are sometimes "numbers" people too. =)
To have the ability to translate sports into a numbers game can (de-)motivate people.

Endorphins is one way of making me feel that every gym session is worthwhile. =)
(Endorphins is not something that I getting very often)
If only we have babes in the gym. Opps... =p

I guess having gone through the last 5 years of training helps too.
It helps me to manage expectations better.
I still recall the last time I ran a lot for an entire month and do not see any significant results.
Gosh, the results is horrifying.
I was so terribly disappointed. So unmotivated to continue running.
Moreover, I got injured and have to lay off running for a few months.
(Check back on my blog for my first SCSM 21km.)
This time around, I can manage expectation better.
I give myself 6 months to see results.
Any faster will be a plus. =p
