4th March 2012 Musings

Although I spent much time running my 10km yesterday, my pace did not improve.
Cadence is much lower than my gym session.
I am not disappointed, it takes time...

I am now suffering from quad aches after every few runs.
It is no longer the calves.
Does that mean that my running style has changed?
