I have been punished for not training hard for the Singapore Marathon.
Already had a weak left knee and I had to slipped in the washroom on Tuesday.
Immediately felt a pain in the kneecap region.
Do not think it matter much though, as I am able to walk pretty normally after a while.
But on Wednesday, the pain turns nasty and I was literally limping around the whole day.
Could not bend my left knee much while walking.
Tried to do a run on Wednesday evening wearing Cho-Pat, but the pain rips through the knee guard.
In fact, I ran in such an awkward pose that my left shin hurts...
Did a U-turn back home after 500m...
Waking up on Thursday, it seems like the pain has gone away.
Till I got off the bed... Sigh....
Started to pop TriFlex pills.
I know it will heal so fast, but I hope it will help.
I really do not wanna DNS my first marathon.

hey buddy,
start thinking and storing "happy" thoughts now. it help when you are suffering at 30+km..
maybe you want to try the walk- jog strategy thru -out the race. 8 mins run, 2 min walk. You should be able to complete within 6 hour.
see you at the finishing line :)
