I realised that I have plonked $150+ for the past 4 races. If I take into account the entire year races, the total costs is quite substantial.
But the experience I gained from it : Priceless.
What AerosolCan mentioned is definitely true.During a rookie year, you basically signed up for any races that appears on the calendar.
The best part of being a rookie is that you do not feel pressurised to beat your PB, cos for all your races, you will be getting your PBs. =)

haha wait till u start doing 70.3s or longer (abt $400!), or overseas races/triathlons!
Yeah hor!!!
But for now, I can only do local races.
Have to wait for the kids to grow up first.
that's why i hardly buy clothes/gai-gai shoes/handbags (also cos i not interested lah)..now my female friends think i'm weird..sobsob...
