Anyone can refresh me? Cannot even find the last entry myself on my own blog...

Good news to report...
I din walk throughout the entire run... So un-Jodan =D

Things I discover during this run...
Definitely a mid-foot runner now... Pleasantly surprised with the transformation, despite the lack of running...
Newtons shoes? Or cos I am omni-conscious about my strides throughout the run?
Today, I used NB904. =)
Always good to have a fall-back plan...
My plan is to do a 3 minutes run, 3 minutes walk if I ever resorted to walking. =)
Finally understood the need to run on the spot while waiting to cross the traffic light... (Yes, I always come to a dead stop while waiting)
I dun bounce as high as Ryan Hall...
Although I do bounce a lot...
Thus the fear that I may just hit the shelter roof is true...
Cos we do bounce during runs...

Haha... it is so tiring to turn around and observe the surroundings. =D
My strides are pathetic...
But as long as I keep running, I am good. =)
