Celebrating Jonelle's Full Month was an opportunity for the army friends to meet.
Most of us had attended Remedial Training before and all of us are kinda sad that it is gone ever since we enter the Military Reserve.
Interestingly, all of us become more active after we MR-ed, simply cos we know that we will get hit by all kind of illness and diseases if we do not try to keep fit in the long run.

While playing at the water slide, I noted that Shannon is always looking to grab hold onto me whenever she reach the end of the slide...
I realise that Shannon is growing up now... It is time to slowly let go off the safety net.
At the end of the day, it is good to know that Shannon is able to play the water slide by herself. =)
