Been asked by PassionRunner what my running resolution is for 2008.
Been mulling over the question for 2 weeks liao and sadly, I still do not have the answer.
But when I am logging my training yesterday, I felt so depressed to see that my runs for the past 2 weeks has been a huge 0.
I have completed only 3 runs over the past 41 days!!!
In fact, my training log looks miserable.
Been trying to fool myself that if I have a non-zero for all three disciplines, I will be fine.
But I know that is not correct.
Gosh, I really need to start some planning and follow through........

Perhaps bikng and swimming is the way to go for you. Running is not for everyone.
My ex-colleague competes in Tri Sprints and the other short distance Tri. He does not want to run over 10km cause he is heavy built. But swim and bike, no prob.
