Cool Running and Running Ahead are the 2 online running logs which helps me keep track of my swim-bike-run mileage.
They also did a good job of keeping track of my shoes' mileage.
Recently, Cool Running decided to transfer their customers' account to Active Trainer.
I must say that I am glad that I kept 2 running logs , cos Active Trainer made a huge migration mess. I can understand the users' frustration.
1) Workouts are not migrated - Can you imagine that you have been logging your logs for a year or more and lose all those data in a migration?
2) Mistakes in the workouts made during migration cannot be amended - What good is a online training log if changes cannot be made???
3) Shoes mileage are not tracked together with workouts - What good is a shoe tracker if you need to log the mileage separately???
4) Shoes mileage is shown in miles only - Enough said!!!
5) No readily available Total Training Log - *Faint*
6) Training Log reports cannot be longer than 7 days - *Faint* *Faint*
7) I am not going to try and find out more of what I CANNOT do with the training log.
Tried adding in all the missing workouts, but after 4 months, I give up. There are just too many missing entries.
Compound that to the useless interface that Active Trainer provided, I am going to give Cool Running a miss.
Running Ahead, please do not change your mode of operation. I am stuck with you.

Hmm...looking at the Running Ahead homepage, they seems to be inviting Cool Running users to import their running logs from Active. (Active is the new training log of Cool Running).
