I realised that during the build-up to SCSM I have neglected my kids somewhat.
That I did not realise how much they have learnt over the past months.
Had an enjoyable day playing with the kids today.
At the playground, I realise how over-protective we are as parents, thus I relax somewhat and let Shannon handle the danger by herself with me at arm's length.
Her confidence really grew after a few times and she climb all the different ladders with ease after a while.
In the evening, we went to Randy's cell group X'mas gathering.
There were dinner, chit-chats, quizzes and a skit.
Hehe, looks like being a triathlete is really something special.
Randy was introducing me as a triathlete to and the guys are interested to know more.
How I train? How to conquer the swim leg etc?
I must say that it is great to discuss and explain the triathlon stuff.
Hopefully I can see them at triathlon events soon. :)
