Got a feeling that I am going to name the number of runs on this blog.
Anyway, I am going for timing right now.
Make the same distance as I have did over the past few runs. 4km around Yishun Park.
Pretty good timing this time. 25min. An improvement of 7 minutes as compared to 4 runs.
But this time, felt that it is the toughest too.
Got stitches near the end of the run.
Also, I forgot to take out the Nike+ Sports Kit receiver. Must make an effort to remember... :p
