3rd run of 2007. Did it at 11am.
A bit crazy, have a couple of ppl checking their watches when they see me. Think it is super uncommon for ppl to see a guy running alone in the middle of the day.
At least now I know why the marathon starts off at 6am. It is very hot, took a toll on your spirit. Felt very dis-spirited, thinking that I may have to endure such conditions for 10x4km. Eeks...
Official time for Nike + puts the same distance that I have ran for the past week at 3.6km.
3 times, 3 different ways of securing the Nike+ sensor
1st - Scotch tape it to the tongue of the shoe (32min for 4km)
2nd - Put it in Nike Shoe wallet unsecured (32min for 1.11km.. Definitely wrong)
3rd - Got a foam securing the sensor, put it in Nike Shoe wallet (27min for 3.6km)
Not too sure if the first distance or the third distance is more accurate.
Itching to get the SwitchEasy RunAway, but find the price a bit steep. SGD 16.
It is more expensive than the Nike Shoe Wallet and has only one usage.
