After 2 days of riding, I was not able to beat the alarm clock on Thursday.
I could have, except that my 5 minute snooze become 90 minutes!
Friday, working the morning shift meant I have to wake up an hour early if I wanna ride.
I tried my best. =p
Had this tenderness in my lower back.
Felt it on Friday evening and my body reminded me about it moments ago when I was preparing to ride!
I wanna try, but I recall Sam's issue when he rode without a 100% back.
Enforced break. Lol...
As if I need another reminder, two sneezes is enough to settle the issue.
****
I shall take it as a compliment, right? =D
It is like 11 out of 10 could not believe that I CAN DO THIS! =D
When Gerald and I were talking to Richard on Wednesday morning, he thought we were talking about Busselton Half!
This is like the nth time this year that friends ask if I was talking about 70.3. =D
The funny thing about this is that the more you dun wish to talk about it, the more it will crept into conversations.
But I guess that is what triathletes does when they meet for the first time?
Yeah, SC. I could not believe that 9 months later, I am still talking about it. =S
