With 4 hours of sleep, I have the will but not the courage to do a bike ride.
Let me condition this body to withstand the rigours of the day with 4 hours of deep sleep first.
My legs have been aching for days and I feel happy.
I decided not to put on the compression clothing so that I can feel the ache.
I guess it did help to motivate me a bit to do some exercise hopefully on a daily basis. ;)
