Need a lot of persuasion to get out of bed due to the extremely fine weather. =S
By the time I finally got out from under the covers, it is already 4.50am.
No way I am going to catch the train today.
Contemplate between a ride and a run.
No prizes for the correct guess.
Wash up , took my breakfast and is out of the house at 5.15am.
By the time I reach Mandai Shell, it is already 5.40am.
Took it nice and easy today.
Surprisingly, the bike is very quiet today.
Not a single creak from the frame nor any irritating noise from the gear.
Perfect day for a perfect ride.
Going through OUTR, I wonder if I should ride pass Upper Pierce Reservoir.
There is always a dog there to ambush me....
Took the risk and came face to face with 7 dogs!!!
Quickly sprint past the pack, not daring to look back...
Phew, what a close shave... Haha...
Exiting onto Sembawang Road, a cyclist says "Hi" and started to sprint away.
Hehe, this is fun and I decided to give chase.
Haha...I feel like Jason Lezak chasing after Alain Bernard. =p
Alas, just when I am about to overtake him, he turn left in Old Mandai Road, ending our little sprint race.
Nice day nice ride. =)

I have been wondering for a long time....How can you people get up at such an odd hour on a weekday, go for bike/run and yet....can remain awake the rest of the day while at work???
Give me some tips plssssssssss
It was a real struggle for me in the beginning.
But once the body is used to the "torture", it works out fine. =)
