Intervals

Maybe I shall try this after my back heals.

Monday
400m (3 mins) x 3 sets (3 minutes rest between sets)

Wednesday
800m (9 mins) x 3 sets (3 minutes rest between sets)

Friday
4-8km Run

Hehe, maybe someone can advise me on a better workout plan for 10km? :)

I am trying to reserve the weekends for my "not-so-secret training" rides.

Hello, how can do 2 intervals in a week? Anyway, you shouldn't be doing interval now, not with your current condition and weight. Try to be discipline and shed a few more pounds. Meanwhile, concentrate on your bike and swim

What is the best course of action for me?

Do more mileage per run?
I guess more biking now is the best?

i agrees with tekko,

first of all, you should be ver comfortable on your swim 1.5km.

now you should do more base training, means: running at a comfortable rate <150HR for 5km-6km-8km per weeks

add at least 1 or 2, 20km bike + 5km run for brick, until race day.

you should do fine. always do within what your HR can tehan. nothing more.
