Not too sure if it is work stress or race stress , but I am having aching shoulders for the past 24 hours. The pain just won't go away.
Anyway a checklist.
I realise that I seriously need a checklist for my races.
I keep forgetting one item or the other. Luckily, i start packing on Monday night.
