Went with my family for a swim today.
Spent most of the time with my 2 girls. But still manage to find a bit of time to do 14 laps.
Alternate my strokes every lap. 1 breast, 2 free.
Was surprised that I could do it without getting out of breath. Freestyle is always an energy zapper for me.
Probably due to the fact that I concentrate on my strokes and keep reminding myself to kick less. (Freestyle should be 80% upper body strength, and I have done it wrongly for so long)
Try to do a TI stroke, but only manage to do it on my left stroke. I could still manage to breathe from my right side. Oh well.....
Din find it super efficient though... Probably I did not do it correctly.
After my swim, found Shannon at the pool with the slide.
She is getting ambitious lor. First slide down with aunt Yun and a float.
Then dowan float, so it is aunt Yun and her.
Then later she wants to go for it alone.
But ultimately she wanted her daddy to follow...So I went down the slide countless times too... Hehe, like a BIG baby....:)
After the swim, it is cross the road for our favourite meal... Western Food @ Block 654. Yummy...
