Too lazy to go for a morning run.
But on the way home after work, felt guilty.
Thus went for a short run.
Proceed to Yishun Stadium to do 2.4km
Had wanted to calibrate the iPod and Suunto T3 but was not successful.
Sigh, the pace is always the same, no matter how far the distance.
Another bad thing happen today, I lost my house key during the run!!!
Luckily I manage to find it, else will hv a hard time replacing it.
