Not too sure what happen last night.
Was having sore shoulders before the run, thought the run will remove the ache.
After my run, I took my dinner and am completely bushed.
Took a healthy 9 hours of sleep but could hardly wake up.
Hmm, I can go for 5km Morning Run and is re-energised after the run.
But 2.4km Run sapped my energy more?

in laymen term: there are good days and bad days. u cant be running the same pace for 2.4km and 5km and feel that 2.4km sapped your energy more!
