Already showing the 2nd December 2007 as the actual date for SCSM 2007.
Well, I came to a conclusion today.
If my weight do not fall below 95kg by the time the Early Bird registration is about to close, I will only sign up for 21km.
Much as I hope to go for the Full Marathon, I felt that carry 0.1 ton for a long distance run will cause more problems in the long term.
So if I am able to lose 13 kg by end August, weighing in at 90kg on the race day should not be an issue.

Losing weight is fairly easy. Just be discipline in your food intake - stop taking sugar, fried food etc and you will see results. Losing the fat will be a bit more difficult though but it can be done.
