Leaving the house early but have no intention of riding down to LH, I decided to do a Old Mandai Road Loop.
Hitting Mandai Shell, I decided to just roll ahead.
A long stretch of Woodlands Road had no street lights turn ON!
I am glad that I am not riding in a pack. It would have been so dangerous.
Took my first sip of water at the Bukit Panjang Traffic Junction.
I can last longer and longer without water.
Another danger zone in the middle of the BP T-junction.
There is a drain cover where the grilles might just trap a bicycle tire.
JR overtook me just past Hume Ave.
Only 11 riders?
Rode with Kah Han and Winnie till I got dropped on the NUS slopes.
No more Relaxed Friday, I said.
They just smiled. =D
West Coast Flyover was full of potholes.
Desaru has definitely better roads to ride on.
Part of the flyover is really rough to commute.
I suspected those stretches of rough roads are to reduce noise pollution for the nearby HDB blocks?
The second half of the ride is pretty boring.
Gotta stop at almost all the traffic lights.
Amused by the two CycleWorx idiots who tried to cross the huge Novena traffic junction and almost got hitted by cars.
Having followed them from Shenton Way and seeing them crossing all the red traffic lights, I never realised that they will be that dumb to try the same stunt at Novena.
Reached home in time to send Shannon to school. =)
