Grounded

It truly sucks when you are all prepped for a ride only to have to abandon it... =(

Wifee got woken up by my continuous coughing...
Keke... I din even know I was coughing in my sleep.

First thing she told me when she woke me up.
"No riding! Take the time to rest at home!"

I literally begged with her to let me ride.
Promised her it is nothing serious that I cannot handle.
She relented.

I have just gotten back to sleep before I started coughing my lungs out.
Notice something black with the phelgm that I am throwing out.
On closer inspection, I got a shock to see dark red blood!!!

Decided to call it quits.
As it was too early to SMS honcho, I emailed him instead, hoping that he can see my email when he woke up.

A quick Google search on the internet, I kept seeing the word "bronchitis".
This got me extremely worried.
Bronchitis meant lung infection? Given the chest tightness, I have no doubts.

Turns out my worries were unfounded.
Doc says that he isn't bronchitis...
Will have to be given stronger dose of antibiotics...
Chest tightness, sore in the facial muscles are all part of the persistent coughing working the body too hard...

Time for more rest...
